Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Package sessions follow the same policy. To cancel or reschedule, log in to your account or use the link in your booking confirmation email.
