About Me

Hi. My name is Lukas and I'm the heartbeat behind Lukas Bennett Coaching. Admittedly, the name isn't winning any creativity awards, but I wanted my name, and my story to be the identity of my practice.

I'm 40! (that's scary to admit) Raised in Coquitlam, BC, Canada, I now reside in North Vancouver. I've had plenty of experiences that I feel sometimes exceed my age: former varsity athlete and coach; former high-school teacher; Master's of Education (UBC - 2019); extensive travel through over 25 countries, including living abroad in Shanghai and Sorrento (Italy, not Canada); a life-altering injury - which I thankfully recovered from; a defunct Canadian Idol career, and now nearly a decade in the Corporate business space. This list isn't to brag about a life well-lived, but rather to show that I've ran through the gauntlet, and managed a lot of positives and negatives, too.

2024 kicked my life in the knackers, and it dawned on me that in order to help myself and others navigate through all that life has to offer, becoming a certified and professional Life Coach was an important step. I'm proud to say that vision is now a reality and I'm excited to share my experiences and expertise with you!

Once we understand the key areas of focus, we'll dive into you, identifying real and sustainable solutions to whatever and wherever you wish to go.
